Digboi: 120 -year-old "Oil Refinery".

Digboi is known as the oil city of Assam. It is the first place in Asia where the first oil well was drilled, however, Digboi has two modern wonders of the world - 120 -year-old "oil field" still producing oil and the world's oldest operating "Oil Refinery".

India: My first visit of Assam

Hello friends this is Ankita Mishra. (web journalist) My first visit to Assam.. I will be here in Digboi with my in-laws for 2 months.  After the retirement of Father in law's we will be back in Ahmedabad.

 I traveled by plane (Indigo) from Ahmedabad on 30 November 2021 and went to Delhi airport first and then left for Dibrugarh Assam from Terminal-2.
